Statement of CDM Co-ordinator Competence, Resources and Capability

R G Parkins & Partners Ltd are experienced CDM co-ordinators with a professional and proactive approach to undertaking this key role in the management of construction health & safety risks. Our committed staff draw on their extensive experience as professional civil and structural engineers to provide a high level of service as CDM co-ordinator (CDM-C) on construction projects.

Our CDM-C team is headed by our director, Reg Burrow, assisted as necessary by our technical staff and administration staff. In addition to being a chartered civil engineer, Reg is a registered CDM-C with the Association for Project Safety (APS). Reg has been undertaking planning supervision work since 1999, prior to the introduction of the new Construction (Design & Management) Regulations in April 2007. Reg successfully completed the APS transfer examination to upgrade to the new role.
